During my 8 months contracting for them I joined the talented Junction team and worked on some new functionalities and enhancements including:
Adding visual progress to uploads in their files section.
User profiles management across their different territories
Ability to pause and archive projects
As part of the Junction team I worked closely with the UX and research team in an iterative approach which involved designing quick user journeys which the research team could test, following up with refinement of the design based on the results of the user testing. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to work this way as not many companies has the luxury to be able to test all their designs this way!
