Balearia ticketing emails
A new email ticketing system was needed for Balearia, one of the main ferry systems transporting people and goods throughout Spain.
The goal was to communicate with the customer throughout the purchase to reassure them all was going smoothly. I started off with a user journey to pin-point all the possible times a customer would find communication useful and ended up up-selling the project to the client as a modular full trip guided email system, rather than just a ticketing system.
To make this work I designed a fully modular template which could easily adapt to all the imagined scenario, including marketing for up-selling.
This was a hands on project where I worked on it from beginning to end, designing UX. content and information.
